While the fourth option yields the best outcome, it is also the most time-consuming. It typically takes around two months for the relevant NEB to reach a decision. After that, you must wait for Pegasus to initiate the refund process. Pegasus Refund: When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

According to EU regulations, you are entitled to a full refund if Pegasus cancels your flight from Europe.

In the event of a flight cancellation, Pegasus must provide you with the choice to opt for an alternate flight (at no additional cost) or full refund of your ticket fare.   • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking. Pegasus offers a complete refund if you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking, given that the booking was made at least 7 days before the flight’s departure.
